Louisiana Cuisine


After a large plate of Crawfish Fettucini I had a whopping slice of this cheesecake Napoleon. MMM-MM-MM-GOOD!

I thought that was some sort of nasty raw meat/brain thing when I first saw it. I guess that shows my lack of culinary cognizance.
